Property Management
If you are a landlord in East Sussex, look no further than Home & Castle for a full menu of property management services to save you time, hassle and potentially a great deal of money.
Our Lettings Team will take on all those essential tasks on your behalf, from marketing and letting your property, dealing with tenant applications, looking after the property, arranging repairs, to all the paperwork and checks associated with the end of a tenancy.
Home & Castle’s fully managed property service
With our fully integrated approach and our attention to detail, we know that we deliver an outstanding level of service to landlords.
You are at the heart of everything we do.
We know the rental sector inside out
Our Lettings Team recognises that reliable, careful long-term tenants are valued. You need people who will treat your property as their own home – with due care and consideration, minimising the wear and tear inside and out.
We also know that a single bad tenant could be costly in terms of time and legal fees. Non-payment of rent most likely involves expensive legal action. Definitely something to avoid if at all possible.
Our objective is to ensure that everything goes smoothly from start to finish; that your tenants are robustly referenced and checked, that all monies have been processed and paid into your account, that the property is checked regularly. Notably, that you are made aware of any maintenance issues before they become serious or more expensive than they needed to be.
We can arrange any necessary repairs, organise visits to the property, and take care of tenancy renewal and rental increases. If your tenants have given notice, we’ll carry out a deposit reconciliation, organise all the paperwork and can act as a third party should there be a deposit dispute.
