Poor Communication

Spoke with three different people about the same property and it is apparent that they do not communicate to each other. Spoke at length about my circumstances with the first contact only to have to repeat this to a second. They agreed to set an appointment to view the property. Didn't call back so I followed up and called them again. During a lengthy call I agreed I wouldn't proceed with an interest in the property. Received a call the following day from yet another person who clearly hadn't been briefed. Asked to be removed from their list only to be told I wasn't on it, despite agreeing with the first agent I spoke to that I would like to register and was informed I would be added to their list. Wasted my time and theirs and it is unlikely I would seek a property through them if this is the standard of customer service they deliver.
