Our story
Home + Castle is the business it is today thanks to our Director, Tracey Wells, who stepped in and bought the agency when it was struggling. With more than 35 years of experience in property across the UK. In that time, there's very little she hasn't seen, solved or steered a client through.
"Well, at least not yet," she'll tell you, with a smile.
But the story of Home + Castle is also one of an unexpected friendship.
Tracey and Stacey first met on a valuation — representing competing estate agencies. What began as a professional encounter soon became a friendship that has grown over the past decade.
Despite working for different agencies at the time, it quickly became clear they shared the same work ethic and mindset: work hard, be honest, put clients first and, above all, do things properly.
That shared approach and mutual respect eventually brought them together at Home + Castle.
Today, Tracey and Stacey George, Director and Residential Lettings & Sales specialist, combine their experience, knowledge and people-first approach to lead a modern, independent agency built on trust, friendship and a genuine passion for property.
Their shared belief has always been simple: great estate agency isn't about being the biggest or the loudest. It's about being there when people need you, giving honest advice and doing what you say you're going to do.
Because for us, property has always been about more than bricks and mortar.

We believe property is personal.
We believe great estate agency is about listening first. It's about understanding what you need, what matters to you and what you're hoping to achieve — then using our knowledge, experience and expertise to help you get there.
We also believe that help starts local.
